1. Klik start dan ke search di komputer anda.
2. kemudian taip Ofcscan.ini di carian pada C di komputer anda.
3. Bila jumpa buka file tersebut dan cari Uninstall_Pwd.
4.seterusnya tukar value Uninstall_Pwd=...... kepada
Uninstall_Pwd=70
5. Akhir sekali save dan tutup file tersebut.
Cuba anda remove software tersebut dan pastikan anda masukkan 1 bila ia memerlukan password.semoga berjaya..
